We are registered in England and Wales (company no. 12983816) at 16 Richford Gate, Richford Street, London W6 7HL, United Kingdom. We are the controller of your personal information. If you have any questions about this policy or how we use your information, contact us at info@traceableaccess.com.

2. Information we collect
Device and browsing information: when you visit our website, we automatically collect information such as your browser type, IP address, time zone, the pages and products you view, search terms and how you use the site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Order information: when you buy from us, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Customer support information: when you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or our contact form, we keep the details of your message so we can help you.

3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- process and deliver your orders, including customs paperwork for international deliveries
- handle returns, refunds and warranty claims
- answer your questions and provide customer support
- screen orders for fraud
- understand how our website is used and improve it
- send you news and offers, but only if you have agreed to receive them or as otherwise allowed by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Our legal reasons for using your information
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we rely on:
- Contract: to process and deliver your order and handle returns.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records.
- Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, run and improve our website, and provide customer support, where this doesn't override your rights.
- Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the EU GDPR gives you the same protections.

5. Who we share your information with
We share your information only where needed to run our business:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy

- authorities, where we are required to by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.

6. Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We may use your browsing and purchase information to show you relevant adverts on other websites, including through Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Shopify Audiences. Shopify Audiences may help us show ads to people who have bought from other Shopify stores and may be interested in our products.
You can opt out of personalised ads here:

7. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the website and checkout to work, plus analytics and advertising cookies that we only use with your consent where the law requires it. You can change your choices through our cookie banner or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the website from working. Shopify's full list of the cookies used on its stores is here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies

8. International transfers
Our service providers, including Shopify, may process your information outside the UK, for example in Ireland, Canada and the United States. Where this happens, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Shopify uses limited automated checks to prevent fraud, for example temporarily blocking IP addresses or cards linked to repeated failed payments.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you

- have it deleted, where we don't need to keep it

Our website is not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we'll delete them.

13. Do Not Track

14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
