Shipping Policy

Free shipping worldwide
Delivery is free on every order, wherever you are and however much you spend.

Processing and delivery times
- Order cut-off: 18:00 UK time
- Processing: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
- Total delivery time: usually 9–15 working days from order to delivery, including processing
We always aim to deliver sooner. Some delays are outside our control, but if your order is delayed we'll let you know straight away.

Where your order ships from
Where possible, we ship from a warehouse in or near your country. If an item isn't in stock locally, it will be sent from another warehouse, which may add a few days.

Payment checks
If our payment provider flags an order for a security check, we'll dispatch it once the payment has fully cleared. This can take up to 5 extra working days.

Import duties
Orders of a single item are shipped with import duties paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. If your order contains more than one item, import duties or taxes may have to be paid by you before the parcel is released from customs, and this can delay delivery. If you plan to buy more than one item, please contact us before ordering and we'll help you check what may apply.

Carriers
We use trusted national and international carriers, including Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, Evri, UPS, FedEx, PostNL and bpost, among others. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
